Once you place an order on our website, Facebook, or Instagram, we begin preparing your treats. Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation. Please note, for shipping purposes, we only dispatch our bags of cookies and not any other baked goods.

All orders are dispatched via USPS, complete with a tracking number for your convenience. Shipping fees are determined by the weight and dimensions of your order, along with the destination address.
Delivery Timeframe
Typically, orders are sent within 24 hours following payment confirmation. However, delivery durations may differ based on your specific location.
Event Pickup or Delivery
In support of our local community, we offer complimentary local pickup or delivery within Polk County. For event pickups, please provide the event's name so we can ensure your order is ready and at the event. For deliveries, a nominal fee applies, provided the location is within Polk County, Florida.
Delayed Orders
Should a shipping delay occur, we will inform you without delay. Should any issues arise with your order, such as mold from unforeseen delays, we will provide a replacement at no extra charge.
Returns & Refunds

Once payment is received, we will process your order and prepare your treats fresh. After preparation, your order will be shipped the next business day. Typically, it takes one to three business days to commence your order, depending on the volume of existing orders and the size of your order.

Our treat bags have a shelf life of over one month and half with proper storage. As for our cakes, dognuts, muffins, decorated cookies, petzzas, jelly-cat, and other items, they typically remain fresh for one to two weeks, depending on the storage conditions.

Treat Bags: Refrigeration or the use of airtight containers can help extend their shelf life. Moreover, keeping the product in a cool place out of direct sunlight also contributes to maintaining its freshness.
For items like our cakes, dognuts, muffins, decorated cookies, petzzas, jelly-cats, and others, we always advise refrigeration.

Our ingredients are completely free from preservatives, providing you with treats to savor. However, they lack the sugars and salt that our taste buds often crave.
